Description
The vibrating sieve is designed for sorting walnut kernels into fractions (sizes) – halves, quarters, eighths of the kernel, and crumbs, and uncracked pieces, and at the same time separating the kernel from the shell, partitions, and debris. The machine is used in industrial production and processing shops for high-quality and quick sorting of walnuts in large volumes.
Advantages of the vibrating sieve with aspiration:
- Time-saving and high-volume sorting capability, processing up to 500 kg/h.
- Performs up to 80% of the sorting and separation tasks, separating kernels from shells.
- Enables continuous production without interruptions.
- Specifically used for sorting cracked walnuts after cracking.
- Sort cracked walnuts into fractions: halves, quarters, eighths, crumbs, and uncracked pieces.
- Each fraction is equipped with an aspiration column, which removes lightweight particles such as partitions and shells from the kernels before unloading.
- The presence of a platform vibrator ensures a consistent supply of walnuts from the hopper, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
- Adjustable feed volume guarantees uniformity and quality of sorting.
- Sorting kernels into fractions enhances their market value.
- Reduces labor costs, as only one operator is required to operate the equipment.
- Automatic sorting enhances productivity and processing capacity.
- The vibrating sieve has removable sieves, which allows you to order additional sieves and use it to sort different crops, including hazelnuts, and almonds.
- Custom screens for sorting crushed hazelnuts or almonds can be provided upon request.
Principle of operation:
walnuts are poured into the bunker, then, with the help of vibratory feeding, they are fed onto sieves with holes of different sizes. In the process of vibration, the walnut falls into holes corresponding to its size, and small foreign particles and shells are blown into a separate compartment by an air stream.
